* Case Management/Wrap Around Services: If participants enroll in the AOG HPP Short-Term Rental Assistance Program in which AOG HPP would assist the participant with rental assistance for a term of 0-3 months; or the AOG HPP Medium-Term Rental Assistance Program in which AOG HPP would assist the participant with rental assistance for a term of 4-18 months, these participants are required to work with an AOG HPP Case Manager.

Ø	Counseling Services (if necessary)
Ø	Develop Independent Living Skills
Ø	Educational/Vocational Resources
Ø	Financial Management Skills

Ø	Intensive Independent Living Training
Ø	Referrals for Mental Heath/Physical Disabilities
Ø	Getting and Keeping a Job Along with Mock Interviews
Ø	Legal Rights/Responsibilities Training
Ø	Outreach/Recreational Services
Ø	Securing and Maintaining Housing
Ø	Various Workshops
