HPRP Guideline Eligibility:
- HPRP guidelines requires that participants meet the three main eligibility criteria to be able to receive HPRP Funds for either financial assistance or home stabalization:

Any individual or family provided with financial assistance through HPRP must have at least an initial consultation with a case manager or other authorized representative who can determine the appropriate type of assistance to meet their needs.

The household must be at or 50% of Area Median Income (AMI). Income limits are update yearly and can be found at http://www.huduser.org/DATASETS/il.html. All participating agencies will use HUD's Section 8 Income Standards for HPRP. |

|
The household must be homeless or either at risk of losing their housing and meet both of the following circumstances: (1) no appropriate subsequate housing options have been identified; AND (2) the household lacks the financial resources and support networks needed to obtain immediate housing or remain in its existing housing. |
