CALIFORNIA NONPROFITS DAY June 5, 2019

Angels of Grace is so deeply humbled and honored to be recognized by Senator Andreas Borgeas as Nonprofit of the Year.  Thank you Senator Borgeas for this highly acclaimed recognition!  We are so excited to travel to Sacramento on June 5th to join with one hundred other nonprofit leaders to be honored by their state senators and assembly members during a celebration luncheon as part of California Nonprofits Day!

“Angels of Grace certifies foster homes for placement of foster children suffering from abuse, neglect, and abandonment and we respond 24/7 to Child Protective Services.  We are deeply humbled and honored to be recognized by Senator Andreas Borgeas as Nonprofit of the Year,” comments Lisa Casarez and congratulations to our staff for all their hard work”

Additional Background

California Nonprofits Day, now in its fourth year, was formally recognized by Assembly Concurrent Resolution 62, authored by the chair of the Assembly Select Committee on the Nonprofit Sector, Assemblywoman Monique Limón (Santa Barbara), who will speak at the celebration luncheon. Senator Holly Mitchell will keynote the luncheon. The day is organized by Assemblymember Limón and CalNonprofits.
